Customer Terms and Conditions
Last Modified: May 21, 2026
These Customer Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Kaji, the native macOS command center for coding agents.
Welcome to Kaji
By downloading, installing, or using Kaji, you agree to these terms. If you use Kaji on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Kaji is provided to help you operate local repositories, worktrees, terminal panes, agent sessions, diffs, and verification workflows.
Use of the product
- You are responsible for your repositories, credentials, prompts, commands, and outputs
- You must use Kaji in compliance with applicable law and third-party provider terms
- You must not use Kaji to compromise systems, bypass access controls, or infringe third-party rights
- You are responsible for reviewing generated code and verification results before shipping changes
Local software and third-party services
Kaji coordinates local tools and third-party agent CLIs. Those tools may have separate licenses, accounts, rate limits, and data practices. Kaji does not replace your agreements with those services.
Some features may require installed command-line tools, git repositories, macOS permissions, or provider authentication configured by you.
Intellectual property
Kaji and its related product materials are owned by their respective rights holders. You retain ownership of your code and content, subject to any third-party terms that apply to services you choose to use.
Disclaimers
Kaji is provided as-is unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Coding agents can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing commands, code, diffs, and verification before relying on them.
